1. Nature of Our Service

SoulBorn Music creates custom, made-to-order digital songs based on the information you provide, including stories, details, preferences, and optional Soul Encoding data.

When you place an order, you understand and agree:

You are purchasing a digital product.

Songs are delivered electronically as MP3 files (and PDF lyrics for certain packages).

Creative products are non-returnable once delivered.

Your input directly shapes the content and emotional tone of the song.

2. Ordering Process

When ordering from SoulBorn Music, you will:

Fill out a form with your story, song details, and preferences.

Choose a package (Soul Essence, Soul Signature, or Soul Density).

Complete secure payment via Stripe.

Receive your custom song within the specified delivery window.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information.

Reviewing your submission before sending.

Responding to clarification requests in a timely manner.

Incomplete or unclear submissions may delay delivery.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time for all packages:

7 business days

Optional upgrade:

Express Delivery: 24–48 hours for an additional $36.

Delivery Methods:

Email (MP3 + PDF when applicable)

SMS download link if opted in

Delays may occur due to:

Missing or unclear story details

High order volume

Technical outages

Events beyond our control

We will notify you if a delay is expected.

4. Revisions Policy

Each package includes a specific number of revisions:

Soul Essence Package — 1 revision

Soul Signature Package — 2 revisions

Soul Density Package — 3 revisions

Revisions cover:

Minor lyric tweaks

Tone/emotion adjustments

Small production fixes

Revisions do not include:

Entire rewrites

A new song direction unrelated to your initial submission

Complete genre changes

Major production overhauls beyond the package level

Additional revisions may be purchased separately.

5. Refund Policy

Because each song is custom-created:

All sales are final.

Refunds are only issued if:

We cannot deliver your song and cannot resolve the issue

You were charged due to Stripe payment errors

Duplicate charges occurred

Refunds are not issued for:

Creative preference differences

Changing your mind

Submitting incorrect or incomplete information

Disliking the initial draft before using your revision(s)

All refunds are processed through Stripe.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

SoulBorn Music creates original custom songs based on the information you provide.
All songs delivered to you are copyright-free for your personal use.

What You Are Allowed to Do (Full Personal Rights)

Once your custom song is delivered, you have the right to:

Download, share, and store the song freely

Use it for personal videos, celebrations, gifts, and social media posts

Share it publicly on any platform, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Use it at events, weddings, birthdays, memorials, or personal productions

Keep, modify, or archive the song however you wish

Your delivered song is fully yours for personal enjoyment and non-commercial use.

What You Are NOT Allowed to Do (Commercial Restrictions)

Even though the song is copyright-free for your personal use, you may not:

Sell the song

Claim the music was produced by you

Upload the track to streaming services for revenue (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc.)

Use the song in paid advertisements, paid promotions, or commercial content

Use the song in a business, brand campaign, or monetized project without written permission

Why?

This protects both you and SoulBorn Music from copyright abuse while still giving you full freedom to use the song personally without limitation.

Our Rights

SoulBorn Music retains the master rights solely for the purpose of:

Preventing unauthorized commercial resale

Protecting the music from fraudulent distribution

Maintaining integrity of the original production

We never reuse your story or personal details for future work without your direct, written permission.

7. Content You Provide

By submitting information, you confirm:

The story, details, names, and uploaded media are accurate

You have permission to share them

You grant SoulBorn Music the right to use this information solely to create your song

We protect your privacy and do not sell or share personal content with third parties.

8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive:

Order updates

Delivery notifications

Customer support messages

You can opt out at any time by replying:

STOP

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
SoulBorn Music complies with all TCPA and CTIA regulations.

9. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By completing payment, you agree:

Your billing information is correct

You authorize SoulBorn Music to charge your payment method

You will not file a chargeback without contacting us first

Unauthorized chargebacks violate these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

SoulBorn Music is not responsible for:

Emotional or personal interpretations of your song

Delays caused by incorrect information or external factors

Losses caused by email filtering or SMS failures

Inability to download or access delivered files on your device

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability cannot exceed the amount you paid for your order.

11. Website Use Requirements

You agree not to:

Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the website

Scrape or copy website content

Use automated bots to overload our systems

Misuse our forms or submit false information

Violations may result in termination of access.
